How it works

Three steps between you and your name. No brokers, no auctions, no waiting.

01

Choose your name

Browse the portfolio or land on a name directly. Under £250 is buy-now; £250 and above takes offers — we reply within one working day.

02

Pay securely

Fixed prices settle by card through Stripe. Larger names settle via escrow, so funds only move when the domain does. VAT is added at checkout.

03

We transfer within 24 hours

We contact you within 2 hours with transfer instructions, and the name is in your account within 24. A person answers throughout.

Questions, answered

How does the transfer actually work?

After payment we either push the domain to your account at the same registrar or provide an auth code for transfer to any registrar you choose. We stay on hand until it resolves for you.

Is VAT added?

Yes — prices are shown ex-VAT and 20% UK VAT is added at checkout, with a VAT invoice issued for your records.

Can I pay by bank transfer or escrow?

Names at £250 and above settle through Escrow.com or direct bank transfer with an invoice. Fixed-price names are card payment for speed.

What happens after I make an offer?

It lands with a person, not a queue. We reply within one working day — accept, counter or decline — and an accepted offer reserves the name for 48 hours while payment completes.

Who am I buying from?

Namemast is a UK company selling names from its own portfolio. You deal directly with the owner — no brokers, no marketplaces in the middle.

Can I return a domain?

Domain sales are final once transfer completes, as the name can't be resold as new. If something is wrong with the transfer itself, we make it right.
